YPWBBU has divided the Work Program and Program of Micro-Macro Programme. Macro program is a translation of "ideology" Foundation as part of its strategy is to achieve the organizational goal. While the Micro Program more leads to smaller coverage primarily addressed to the preservation of cultural arts as a major element in North Bali Cultural Heritage.

Macro Work Program this Foundation are:

1. Empowerment Organization, which includes such things as follows

a.Completion of AD / ART
b. YPWBBU expanding membership throughout the region of Buleleng Regency
c. Socialization of the existence of the organization and its plans and programs YPWBBU activities
d. Conduct proactive activities to strategic issues in relation to the preservation of cultural heritage of North Bali

2. Research all aspects of Cultural Heritage of North Bali which include such things as follows:

a. Observation data collection into the village / district
b. Research all aspects of Cultural Heritage
c. Inventories the data referred
d. Publication of all aspects of Cultural Heritage

3. Advocacy efforts to conserve the cultural heritage of North Bali, which include such things as follows.

a. Socialization of the importance of preservation of the ancestral cultural heritage to all levels of society
b. Hearings into government institutions and non-governmental organizations to gain support for preserving the cultural     heritage of North Bali
c. Exposes the richness and heritage of the socio-cultural communities in North Bali spread to all levels of society

4. Legislation, which includes such things as follows.

a. Ranperda drafting North Bali Cultural Heritage Preservation
b. Preparation of the Heritage Preservation Code of Ethics ancestors

5. Assessment, Evaluation, and Development of Cultural Management Information System (SIMB), which include such things as follows.

a. Applied research on cultural heritage
b. Seminars / gatherings, dharmatula, dharmawacana, and cultural workshops
c. Publishing brochures, newsletters, pamphlets, magazines or journals culture
d. Education and training of human resources of the ancestral heritage conservation management
e. Vita culture
f. Cultural information via the website

6. Pilot conservation and restoration, which include such things as follows.

a. Pilot preservation of cultural heritage visible and invisible
b. Pilot abstract cultural heritage preservation

7. Development cooperation and networking (networking), which include such things as follows:

a. Local cooperation with Listibiya, PHDI, Pakraman, relevant government institutions, schools and colleges

8. Excavation and development funds for the preservation of cultural heritage of ancestors, which include such things as follows.

While micro-Work Program can be reviewed in a special appendix, which includes the areas: General, Museum, Dance, Art Karawitan, puppetry art / Footnotes, Literary Arts Region (Traditional and Modern), Dramatic Arts, Fine Arts, Painting (Traditional and Modern), Art Local Voice (Traditional and Pop) and other aspects, among others, such as customs, language / dialect, clothing / clothing, tools and Upakara ceremony.
