Cultural Heritage Preservation Foundation of North Bali (North Bali Cultural Heritage Trust), hereinafter abbreviated as YPWBBU was established on June 12, 2003 based on Notarial Deed No. 2008 dated Foundation June 12, 2003 and the Decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia No. C-100 HT .01.02. Th.2003 September 9, 2003. As stated on the front, the foundation was incorporated as the forerunner to the establishment of the Museum of Buleleng by a group of observers of the culture. This foundation is located in Buleleng regency and is an independent non-governmental institution that has concern for the socio-cultural repertoire of the ancestral heritage of North Bali in particular, and Bali in general. This institute is a nonprofit institution (non-profit organization). YPWBBU has four main functions, namely: as an institution: the giver support (supporting organization), the giver of advice and guidance (advisory organization), the offender mediation (mediatory organization), and control (controlling organization) on matters relating to the legacy of socio- cultural communities of North Bali. YPWBBU is a partner and companion of society and government in carrying out the activities of conservation, preservation, development, restoration, or renovation of property which is the socio-budayani budayani noble civilization heritage of the ancestors.

VISION
Creation of harmony and balance between preservation of Cultural Heritage of North Bali, the natural environment and sustainable development, in order to give meaning to people's lives, particularly North Bali and Bali in general, according to place, time and environment in the context of hope for the aspirations of local communities, national and international


MISSION
1. North Bali strengthen identity while applying the concept of social unity through cultural diversity of Bali
2. Maintaining and developing the cultural heritage of North Bali
3. Supporting the advancement of civilization, especially the North Bali and Bali as a whole in general
4. Empowering communities
5. Concentrate resources and expertise to help efforts to conserve cultural heritage, both tangible physical, non-physical or abstract
6. Promoting the North Balinese culture as a distinct culture but remain an integral part of Balinese culture and the culture of Nusantara
7. Supports cultural and economic development responsive to pealuang and barriers on the cultural heritage of North Bali

Heritage Conservation Policy consists of six aspects as the Umbrella Program:
